Anastasia convinces Chavdar to help their daughter Betty, who is having her third miscarriage. He pays for a fourth IVF treatment with his retirement bonus, sacrificing his dream of traveling by sea with Anastasia. However, Anastasia decides to get pregnant with the embryo herself, despite her husband’s protests and against her faith and the law, thus throwing the family into turbulent waters.
